The company renowned for its ethnic spice mixes will be launching three additions to the line at the Summer Fancy Food Show: Cayenne Pepper, Smoked Paprika, and Chili Powder.

Native to Central and South America and the Caribbean Islands, chile peppers have been cultivated for thousands of years for the flavor and piquancy they bring to food. Good quality ground chile smells fruity, earthy and pungent, and contains traces of natural oils.
