Bissinger’s Introduces Mini Chocolates and Two New Bars at Summer Fancy Food Show
New confections feature the finest ingredients and innovative flavor profiles for irresistible everyday indulgences

Fancy Food Summer, NYC – Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier is expanding its signature line of everyday indulgences with the debut of Mini Chocolates and new Tart Cherry & Cocoa Nib Crisp and Strawberry Caramel & Peanut bars for show attendees to be the first to sample.

The bite-sized Mini Chocolates are made from the rich-velvety chocolate Bissinger’s is known for and sold in two of its best-selling bar flavors, Dulce de Leche and 75% Dark Chocolate + Sea Salt.

The new Tart Cherry & Cocoa Nib Crisp bar features 75% dark chocolate paired with Morello Cherries, cocoa nibs and crispy puffed rice.

Strawberry Caramel & Peanut combines 60% dark chocolate with creamy caramel, strawberry purée and roasted peanuts.

Bissinger’s rich 350-year history started in Paris with recipes that were originally created and enjoyed by European nobility. Today, it continues in St. Louis where award-winning Chief Chocolatier and VP of Taste, Dave Owens, carries on the legacy. Using the same European techniques, he’s developing bold new flavors for the modern palate and focused on creating the right treat for every moment. Bissinger’s confections are handcrafted by chocolate artisans in small batches in copper kettles with the finest, responsibly-sourced ingredients from around the world.
