Henry’s Humdingers, Gourmet Infused Honey Company Launches Chipotle Cinnamon Gourmet Honey Pretzels at the 2017 Summer Fancy Food Show – Booth #4923

New York, New York - June, 2017– Henry’s Humdingers, a gourmet honey company known for unique spice-infused blends and its now 19-year-old founder, is set to launch an all new product line of gourmet pretzels. Chipotle & Cinnamon pretzels are an obvious extension for the Henry’s Humdingers line. “We used to give them out to demonstrate our products, but they were so popular we decided to add them as one of our products,” says Henry Miller, the young founder and CEO.

“These spicy sweet pretzels have a legit kick!” warns Henry, “and they’re seriously addictive.”

Henry’s Humdingers will showcase the new Chipotle Cinnamon pretzels; which will come in individual 4.5 oz. bags. In addition to its signature cooking honey products at the 2017 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York, June 25 – 27, Booth #4923:

“We’re really excited to introduce our gourmet pretzels as they really showcase one of the uses of our gourmet infused honey products, and they allow us to enter the snack category”, says Tom, Henry’s father and Creative Director. “Personally, I’m really happy they’re the perfect snack to go with a cold beer on a hot summer day,” added, master brewer, Rick Sakuma of Seattle, Washington.

The new Handy Honey 12 oz. inverted squeeze bottles will also be introduced at the Fancy Food Show. They come in six gourmet flavors:

  • Sriracha
  • Vanilla Spice
  • Habanero Lime
  • Ginger Pepper
  • Chipotle Cinnamon
  • And -  the newest flavor, Almond Lemon.

The flavorful honey blends can be used on their own as dips, glazes, spreads, and marinades, or mixed with other ingredients to create dressings and sauces.

Grilled Peaches      serves 4

  • ½ stick unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 6 Tablespoons Henry’s Humdingers Chipotle Cinnamon Handy Honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • Canola oil
  • Fresh blueberries

“The uses are absolutely endless,” Miller said. “Of course, you can use them like honey but the truth is you’re limited only by your culinary imagination. The combination of spices transforms the honey and your recipes into, well a real Humdinger.”

The products are vegetarian, all natural and fat free, with no added sugar or preservatives – and since you can still eat honey out of pharaohs’ tombs, you might say they have a pretty good shelf life.

About Henry’s Humdingers

Eco-entrepreneur and teen chef and Henry Miller began Henry’s Humdingers at age twelve. After learning about Colony Collapse Disorder from a beekeeper Henry asked for a beehive for his birthday, and began cultivating the honey and donating the proceeds to bee research. Soon, Henry started adding spices and experimenting in the kitchen and developed his own brand of spicy raw honey, called Henry’s Humdingers, which he created to help save the honeybees from Colony Collapse Disorder. Henry started by selling it on the side of the road. At sixteen he appeared on ABC’s Shark Tank, at seventeen he began selling Henry’s Humdingers on QVC and when he turned eighteen Henry became a nationwide supplier to Kroger, at nineteen Henry’s Humdingers appeared in Forbes and now his popular gourmet infused honeys are available in condiment aisles in supermarkets across the country.
