AutoreChocolate is an artisanal chocolate maker from San Marco dei Cavoti in Southern Italy. Featured at booth #5273, Castellana Imports will be sampling AutoreChocolate’s Croccantino line of handmade chocolates. “Tradition is King” for this small artisan company where products are still produced in copper kettles and hand-cut. Castellana Imports offers AutoreChocolate’s creamy and crunchy varieties in bite size bars—with bright, beautiful packaging in a variety of styles and shapes.
AutoreChocolate products range from the classic Croccantino bar made with caramelized hazelnuts, and almonds and covered with extra fine dark chocolate; to the most unique bar with hazelnuts, almonds, honey, and figs covered with a deeply rich dark chocolate.
