Les Trois Petits Cochons On Trend with Organic Products at Summer Fancy Food Show
NYC-Based Makers of Authentic French Pâté and Charcuterie Showcase Hot Products at Industry Gathering

NEW YORK, NY (June 26, 2016) – Les Trois Petits Cochons, makers of authentic artisanal pâté and charcuterie, will showcase its newest line of Organic products at the 2016 Summer Fancy Food Show on June 26-28 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York. Launching in late Summer of 2016, the company’s Organic line will be available for sampling and on display at booth #737.

The new Organic line was created in response to consumer and retailer demand for high quality Organic pȃtés and mousses.  All of LTPC’s artisanal and handcrafted Organic products are GMO and Gluten free, and have no preservatives or colorings.

The Les Trois Petits Cochons’ Organic Collection includes:

  • Organic Pȃté de Campagne: The traditional French pâté, LTPC’s Organic Pȃté de Campagne is made with coarsely ground organic pork meat, organic pork liver and seasoned with organic onions, organic garlic and other organic spices.  It is best enjoyed with a full-bodied fruity red wine with minimal influence of oak or a light-bodied fruit-forward red wine with hints of earthiness.  The Organic Pȃté de Campagne is available for purchase in 4oz retail packages and 3lbs bulk loaves at specialty food markets nationwide.
  • Organic Pâté aux Pommes et Cidre: The pork free Organic Pȃté aux Pommes et Cidre is a coarse and savory blend of organic chicken, organic chicken liver, organic apples and organic apple cider.  It is best enjoyed with a light-bodied red wine with fruity notes of strawberry and raspberry or a light-bodied crisp white wine with herbal notes.  The Organic Pȃté aux Pommes et Cidre is available for purchase in 4oz retail packages at specialty food markets nationwide.
  • Organic Mousse aux Cèpes: A mélange of organic chicken liver, organic cèpes, and organic white wine, the new Organic Mousse aux Cèpes is smooth in texture and rich in flavor.  It is best enjoyed with a full-bodied fruity red wine with minimal influence of oak or a full-bodied dry red wine with rustic & earthy tones.  The Organic Mousse aux Cèpes is available for purchase in 4oz retail packages at specialty food markets nationwide.
